While most of the deleted scenes that come with the extras of Avengers Endgame focus on the character’s interactions with the remaining avengers. At the same time, many of them are exciting and funny; many of them would not necessarily add to the story as a whole. One of the most important things to note is that there may have been a struggle to obtain the soul of stone while black widow and hawkeye were on Voromir. In an alternate scene, they are attacked by necrocraft, followed by native sikarns bursting out and attacking them, ultimately leading to a black widow charging through the crossfire and sacrificing herself so that hawkeye could obtain the soul stone.

The only problem with this deleted scene is that Thanos shows up, which would spoil the surprise later on when 2014 Nebula authorizes him to go across time. Several scenes could have been cut and edited into the current location that is in the Avengers: Endgame, partially because it would show that red skull wasn’t necessarily human anymore because he disappears as soon as the enemies show up, suggesting that he was just a shadow or remnant of his former self controlled by Voromir, and partially because it would provide some closure for the Black widow, similar to the honor that Iron Man received at the end of the first Avengers film.
